Located midway between Yerushalayim and Bnei Brak/Tel Aviv, in the vibrant and growing community of Kiryat Sefer, the voices of scholarship and excellence are heard coming from the study halls of Kollel Ohr LaHalacha.
Founded over two decades ago, Kollel Ohr LaHalacha has seen much success in its unique study program. From the Talmudic sources to practical Halacha, the kollel members have been privileged to discern the most complex of subjects – demonstrating their application to everyday life.
Training to disseminate Torah law, the kollel members combine their studies with character refinement – creating the perfect blend to eventually take up leadership positions in the greater Jewish community.
